Online “Consultation on Procedure to Apply for Minority Status Certificate"

The second training program of 2024 organized by JRDS with the resources team of CHRL was held from 27th – 29th February 2024 under the theme “consultation on procedure to apply for minority status certificate”, at the Indian Social Institute through Zoom mode. The program starts from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm and covers a total of 10 hours. There were 65 participants registered for the online course program. The resource people were Fr. Ravi Sagar, and Fr. Bibin John.
Topics covered during the sessions were:
-Introduction to the Fundamental Rights
-Article 29 and 30 Cultural and Educational Rights of the Minorities.
-NCMEI, Act 2004
-Procedure to apply for Minority Status Certificate.
There was a Q&A sessions where participants queries were attended. The programme concluded on 29th February 2024 at 8:00 pm.
