State-wise Religious Demography and Intergroup Relations among Religions, Castes, and Tribes in India

This book carries snapshots of state wise demographic profile of Christians and intergroup relations (religion, caste, tribe) therein. The demographic data has been taken from the Census of 2011 as the Census for 2021 has not been carried out. A number of persons from different states have contributed to the inter group relations in their respective states. It is hoped that this book will be useful in viewing the complexity of India’s religious landscape, and give a better understanding to the character of inter-religious, inter-caste and inter-tribal relations in each state of the Union.
