Human Rights Documentation 
The Human Rights Documentation compiles information as well as collects, preserves and documents hard copies of paper clippings on various subjects. In addition to its primary role of collecting, and preserving information on major topics of social, economic and political importance, it also actively disseminates the current information to human rights activists, social action groups and individuals. The thrust areas are human rights violations and cover even those areas where Institute’s noble goals and objectives are concerned. The HR Documentation came into existence in 1999 and attached to Fr. Paul G Documentation Centre of the department.
Human Rights News Bulletin  
The Human Rights Electronic News Bulletin service promotes and preserves human rights especially of the discriminated and marginalized in society. Based on the above subjects it has collected and compiled about 4000 data/information from various websites. The face page of the bulletin with the required links to ISI website is emailed to various civil society organizations and individuals twice in a week. During the reporting period it has sent out 114 issues of electronic news bulletin and brought out 12 monthly issues in printed form. The current issue as well as archives of this bulletin is also available in our human rights bulletin blog site http://blog.isidelhi.org.in. Data and information collected on 28 major subjects from the year 2002 to 2013 is also available in our Institute’s website www.isidelhi.org.in. Presently, the human rights Bulletin disseminating the collected information in a newly designed home page/cover page with Fr. Paul G’s photograph in the name of Paul G Documentation Centre.
HR Documentation Service: 
The Electronic documentation as well as files containing Newspaper clippings is readily available. The collected documents and information are updated and uploaded in the websites regularly and people from all over the world are making use of this documented information. Data/information on various topics is also making available through e-mail on request. Newspaper clipping files on 33 major subjects and electronic documentation on 28 topics on human rights and related issues are maintained in the department. The archives of Human Rights News bulletin helps as a reference material to researchers, social activists and individuals for their reports and action oriented field work. Updating, and uploading other work of the Institute in ISI’s website is also a part of work undertaken by this section.
