On 23-24 November 2019 (Two days)

Legal Compliances and regulations protect the rights of the organisations and individuals. When these legal compliances are infringed, deliberately or not, it brings the organisations into the category of defaulters and liable to face many prosecutions and penalties apart from various kinds of other harassments from the concerned government authorities, both financial and otherwise.

Organisations/Institutions must, therefore, take the necessary steps to adhere to timely and appropriate policies and procedures in place to prevent the infringement of the government laws and compliances to avoid any adverse actions from the Tax Authorities.

Employment and Labour laws defines the rights and obligations of workers and employers in the workplace. There are certain schemes under labour laws which provides social security to the workers and their families.

As the workshop is going to benefit much for the smooth functioning of organizations/educational institutions, we request you to participate in the above-said workshop. If you are unable to attend this workshop, you may depute one or two authorized representatives of your organization/institution.
